- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your company name (where applicable)

Cookies
Our website uses cookies — small text files placed on your device. Google Analytics places two first-party cookies: _ga and _ga_[ID]. These persist for up to 2 years and help us understand how visitors use our site. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or social media tracking scripts.
↑ Back to topHow We Use Your Information
We use your personal information only for the specific purposes listed below. We do not use it for any other purpose without informing you first.

Legal Basis for Processing
Under POPIA section 11, we are only permitted to process your personal information if at least one lawful condition applies. The table below sets out the specific legal basis we rely on for each processing activity.

| Google Analytics website tracking | Legitimate interest (s11(1)(f)) — to understand how our website is used so we can improve it |
Cookies & Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors interact with our website. This helps us identify which pages are most useful, where visitors come from, and how we can improve the experience over time.
What Google Analytics collects
- Anonymised IP address (we cannot identify you from this)
- Pages visited and navigation paths through the site
- Session duration and bounce rates
- Device type, browser, and operating system
- Country and approximate city of origin
- Traffic source (organic search, direct, referral)
Cookies placed by Google Analytics
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| _ga | Distinguishes unique visitors across sessions | 2 years |
| _ga_[ID] | Maintains session state for GA4 measurement | 2 years |
How to manage or opt out
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on ↗. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies will not prevent our website from working, but some features may behave differently.
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or social media tracking scripts on this website.

After the applicable retention period, your personal information is securely deleted or permanently anonymised so it can no longer identify you.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices, applicable law, or the services we provide. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
