[ IN-HOUSE PRODUCTION ]

Your Livery.
Designed, Printed
& Cut In-House.

Most branding companies outsource their print and cut. Remmogo doesn't. Every wrap, decal, and livery is designed, printed, and cut on our own equipment in Midrand — which means faster turnaround, no third-party markup, and quality control at every step, from a single branded vehicle to a 50-vehicle fleet rollout.

Not sure how to brand a vehicle, or don't have artwork ready? You don't need to arrive with a finished design. Our in-house designers work in CorelDraw and the Adobe Creative Suite to build your vehicle branding from scratch — logo, colours, and layout — or to prepare an existing design as print-ready vector artwork sized to your exact vehicle. Every fleet vehicle we brand, wherever it's fitted across South Africa, starts on the same screen before it ever reaches vinyl.

  • CorelDraw & Adobe Creative Suite — design from scratch, or from your logo
  • Large-format print & cut — zero outsourcing, everything on-site
  • OEM materials: 3M, Orafol, Avery Dennison
  • Custom colour matching & same-day proofing

I have seen Remmogo doing its Branding and Signalling in Jhb and Pta about 10 years ago, and their work is pure excellent. Recently they were doing branding in SAPS vehicles in Cape Town for the WC government. I can recommend them anytime.

Emergency Vehicle Warning Lights & Vehicle Branding — Answered

Who is the authorised Whelen distributor in South Africa?

Remmogo Signaling & Branding is Sub-Saharan Africa's only authorised Whelen Engineering distributor, based in Midrand, Gauteng — one of just 6 Whelen distributors on the entire African continent. For more than a decade we've supplied and installed Whelen emergency vehicle warning lights for law enforcement, EMS, and construction fleets, with mobile teams reaching all 9 provinces.

What emergency vehicle lighting products does Remmogo supply and install?

As Sub-Saharan Africa's only authorised Whelen distributor, we supply and install the full Whelen range — lightbars, siren controllers, speakers, lightheads, and lighting masts — alongside Hytera radio communication systems, all fitted by our own certified technicians rather than a subcontractor.

Who is legally allowed to have blue or red lights fitted, and does Remmogo check this?

In South Africa, blue lights are reserved for SAPS, municipal and traffic police, and SANDF military police; red lights for ambulance, fire, and rescue services — a legal reality we take seriously. Before any blue or red light installation, we request and verify the client's authorisation ourselves — for example, confirming a security company's PSIRA registration — so only legally entitled vehicles leave our Midrand workshop fitted with restricted colours. For your own vehicle's exact classification, always confirm with your legal advisor or the relevant authority.

Does Remmogo offer vehicle wrapping and fleet branding services?

Yes. Alongside emergency signaling, Remmogo provides full vehicle branding — wraps, fleet livery, paint protection film, and precision decals — using OEM vinyl from 3M, Orafol, and Avery Dennison. Every design is created or adapted in-house at our Midrand studio using CorelDraw and Adobe, then fitted by mobile teams nationwide.

What's the difference between a full wrap and a partial wrap?

A full wrap covers the entire vehicle in vinyl and gives complete control over colour and branding, while a partial wrap covers selected panels — doors, bonnet, tailgate — at a lower cost and faster turnaround. Both use the same OEM vinyl from 3M, Orafol, and Avery Dennison; the right choice depends on your budget, branding goals, and how much of the vehicle you want covered. Request a free quote and we'll recommend the best fit for your fleet.

Is paint protection film (PPF) worth it?

For fleet and personal vehicles alike, PPF protects your paintwork — and any vinyl branding applied over it — from chips, scratches, and UV fade, extending the usable life of both. It's a worthwhile investment if you plan to keep the vehicle for several years or want to protect a fresh wrap from day one. We fit PPF using the same OEM-grade film we use across our fleet branding work, applied in-house in Midrand.

Do I need to supply my own logo or design?

No. Our in-house designers work in CorelDraw and the Adobe Creative Suite to build your vehicle branding from scratch if you don't have one, or to prepare your existing logo as print-ready vector artwork sized to your exact vehicle. Either way, nothing goes to print until the layout has been checked against your vehicle's real panel dimensions.

How long does emergency light fitment or vehicle branding take?

Most jobs move faster than people expect. A single emergency light fitment is usually completed the same day. A full vehicle wrap takes around 2 days, longer if paint correction is needed first, and a small fleet of 5 to 10 vehicles is typically branded within 2 full working days. Larger fleets are scheduled in phases — ask us for a timeline when you request your quote.

How much does vehicle branding or emergency lighting cost?

It depends on the vehicle, the scope of work, and the materials used — a partial decal costs far less than a full wrap, and a single lighthead less than a full Whelen lightbar system. Because every vehicle and every fleet is different, we don't publish fixed prices; request a free, no-obligation quote and we'll assess your exact vehicle or fleet before giving you a number.

Where is Remmogo Signaling & Branding located?

Remmogo is based at 108 Allan Road, Midrand, Gauteng. Reach us on 011 205 0345, via WhatsApp on +27 64 550 5500, or by email at info@remmogo.co.za. Our studio and workshop are in Midrand, but our fitment and branding teams travel to fleets across all 9 provinces.
